We follow a 24 hour check out policy. Multiple sharing: Rs. 1,700/- Plus taxes (Rupees One Thousand Seven Hundred) per head.

- Your stay 24 hours from arrival
- Free accommodation for children below 5 years and 5 to 12 years 50% charge.
- Delicious Breakfast, Sumptuous Lunch & Traditional Dinner
- Unlimited Piping hot Coffee/Tea
- Cuisine - Healthy & Spicy Malnad Style (Veg & Non Veg )
- Plantation walk
- Bonfire (optional)
- Travel Plan based on request, at additional cost
- Our facilities are very close to nature, your stay a comfortable and memorable experience.
- Cancellation done 10 days in advance will entitle a maximum refund of 50%.
- There will be absolutely no refund under any conditions if room is cancelled 10 days prior to stay period.
- Postponement will be at the sole discretion of the management of the homestay.
Accommodation:
- We offer a total of 4 double bedrooms COTTAGES with attached bathrooms. Bunk beds and clean bathroom.

- Payment can be made in Cash, Credit/Debit card or by way of Demand Draft (DD) favouring Mr. Kallegowda payable at Mudigere and courier the same to our office.
- Please note an additional 2% will be charged for transactions involving Credit cards.
